Why Should You Join?
Being an incorporated society allows us to apply for funding to help run events such as Dice & Districts, Convergence and more! The Waikato Role-playing Guild is heavily reliant upon sponsorship, and one aspect many funders ask for is how many members the Guild has. By being a member you make it easier for us to run awesome events!
As a member of the Incorporated Society, you get the opportunity to help drive the Waikato Role-playing Guild forward in our goals of raising awareness and participation in role-playing games in the Waikato, and have an influence on how the Guild does that -Such as suggesting and working on projects like the GM Social events, Intro to D&D events and more!
Updated Membership Procedure
Society membership registration is now open for submissions! There are some updates to the system this year, so please make sure you read the full post before signing up.
Timeline: We are in a transitional membership period - ALL memberships will end after 7 months (30th of September). The reason for this is to make the annual period go from Oct though Sept in future years.
Fees: Membership fees are set to $1.50 per month for the membership period. You may choose to make this payment via a monthly subscription, or via a single donation of $10.
Signup method: For returning members: Please make a ko-fi profile, and submit your payment using the method of your choice (membership for monthly, one-time for full payment) .
