Waikato Roleplaying Guild Facebook Group Advertising
Policy and Procedure
The Waikato Roleplaying guild is dedicated to providing a safe gaming experience for everyone. This document outlines expectations for posts within the guild network in regards to advertising for players.
Advertising to minors by the public is strictly prohibited.
Due to the children's Act 2014 we cannot allow posts advertising to children unless the event is being run by the guild council or a regulated organisation as there are legislative requirements when children are involved.
The guild does not endorse any publicly organised events advertised within the guild network.
Events posted by members of the facebook community must not reference the Waikato Role-Playing Guild in any way. We do not endorse, and have no involvement in any events organised outside the Waikato Role-Playing Guild.
Use of guild branding by any person(s) without explicit consent of the Waikato Role-Playing Guild council is prohibited.
Advertising must be limited to once per week.
Posts that exceed these limits will be declined and deleted. Members who repeatedly breach this rule will be removed from the group.
Members who do not comply with the above regulations will receive one warning about the first breach, a second warning will occur when the incident happens twice. At a third occurrence, the offending member will be removed from the group. There will be a 90 day stand down period. The offending member is then eligible to apply to rejoin, however, application acceptance is solely at the guild council's discretion.
Posts must adhere to the post template outlined below. Posts that do not adhere to the template will be declined. Submissions may be declined or approved at the council's discretion.
By posting in the Waikato Roleplaying Guild Facebook Community Group you acknowledge these regulations and agree to abide by them.
